Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

We are a resell store mainly dealing in pre owned goods. We try our best to describe each item that we list. If you have questions about an item, do not hesitate to call, message, or email us. Our instagram is equator_ga and phone # is (678) 620-3723

The only way to be eligible for a return is if you receive an item with flaws that we did not describe, or an error we made on our part.

If your return is accepted, we will message you with further instruction on steps to take.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
